Here is a strange little critter that crawled into my mind, and a little fictional geekery to go with it.

Long-tailed Lizard - Lacerta longicauda fantasia

The long tailed lizard is an arboreal species that favors the jungle canopy as its home. The long tailed lizard is an exceptionally good climber, having specialized toe pads similar to those of geckos. Its elongated tail is almost twice as long as it’s actual body, and is fully prehensile. Not only does it use its tail for climbing, the tail also serves to aid the animal in hunting, using it to lure or grasp unsuspecting prey.

Similar to my Lhuni’s Zuni style totems, this one has a slightly different twist and look to it. It is hand sculpted with quite a bit of character and detail.


It measures 3in x 1.8in.
