For a smaller piece, it has a LOT of detail put into it. Full fur texture and some very intricate markings and fur patterns. It was a headache and a half to make sure I got everything right. I'm really hoping I didn't miss anything. It was intended to be a surprise for Nanakyi's whelp-day.
As always, it is much more impressive in person. You can actually see the shimmering glow of the etheral markings thanks to the metallic hues I used.
I am extremely pleased with the end results of all that hard work.
this is AMAZING! Ahh! The detail and the shineys and everything is just awesome.
I also looked all all the other ones but there's too much loadin time in commenting seperately so I'll say it here (yeah I'm lazy). I loove them alll.. ee! especially the garden snake, red fox and cobra! such cute poses and sooo well done! XE
*blink...blinkblink* ...*jaw agape* ...oh my...*flexes ears and pulls haunches under before falling over* This is absolutely amazing...the details, the colors, the markings...this is really something else! The eye curl, tails, everything...it has a strange sureallity to it. I never once imagined something like this would exist of me... I can't think of any right words...I love it.

Of all your sculptures, this is my favorite. ^_^ The detail and work you put into it clearly shows... and while photos don't entirely do the piece justice, I can see the metallic blue-violet shimmer of the markings. Beautiful little piece.
For such a small piece, I did put an incredible amount of time into it. Much like I did for the Wy dragon sculpture. I'm glad it shows. I am also very glad that even with the images my poor camera was able to take (original Sony Mavica that still takes floppies!) you can still see the metallic blended shimmer. That's what I was hoping for.
::Grins:: That's the sort of reaction I was hoping you'd have. A shocked, surprised, huzzah! You really needed some serious cheering up, and I had inspiration. I'd been wanting to try a piece like this for some time, and finally worked up the nerve to do so. I'm thrilled you like it.

I think my cobra is one of my favorites too. I'm not sure if I want to sell it or not, hehe.
