I was sitting one evening thinking of how hungry I was and wishing I had a big bowl of red beans and rice. Then humor struck me.
Thus I created Red Beans And Mice. A spin off the traditional New Orleans meal, with little white mice replacing the rice. Mmm, mmm good!
